Focus text: The Flintstones and Stone Age Boy
Writing skills focus: Descriptive writing to describe a Flintstones character. As well as, retelling the story using direct speech and writing our own narratives based on Stone Age Boy.

Skills focus: Addition and Subtraction and Multiplication and Division

PE day is Tuesday for Tag Rugby outdoors - please send your child into school in the appropriate PE kit.
Forest School day is Thursday - children should come wearing old clothes as well as bringing waterproofs and wellies in a bag. If you wish, the children can leave their wellies at school.

Trip To Bennetts Dairy
The children had an excellent time at Bennetts and learnt all about how cows are milked, then milk turned to ice cream!
Family Stay and Share session
We really enjoyed our stay and share session, thank you so much to everyone that attended. Year 3 constructed their natural sculptures based on the work of Andy Goldsworthy. Then we took photographs and edited these using a range of techniques such as cropping, filters, brightness and contrast.
